Преднамеренному искажению со стороны азербайджанских историков подвергались практически все ключевые вопросы истории Армении и армянского народа. На первый взгляд, любому человеку, знакомому хотя бы с азами исторической науки, потуги азербайджанских историков могут показаться темным невежеством и дилетантством, но в действительности это исполнение политически мотивированного госзаказа.

Almost all the key questions of the history of Armenia and Armenian people were deliberately distorted by the Azerbaijani historians. At first sight the vain attempts of the Azerbaijani historians may seem to be ignorant and dilettantish to any person who is familiar with the basics of history but in reality this is implementation of politically motivated state order. Moreover, in the issue of distortion of key moments in the history of Armenia Azerbaijani historians were not original; they always followed lead of falsifications by the Turkish historians. But there is no subjunctive mood in history so all the attempts to stain Armenian history by the Azerbaijani historians are doomed to failure.
