Аннотация. Статья посвящена 48-му Всемирному экономическому форуму в Давосе. Анализируя доклад, представленный на форуме, автор статьи обращает внимание на те основные глобальные риски и вызовы, с которыми может столкнуться человечество в 2018 г. Особое внимание в статье уделено позициям лидеров ведущих европейских (Германии, Франции, Италии) и развивающихся стран (Китая и Индии). Автор отмечает в их выступлениях единство в вопросе глобализации и озабоченность противоречиями, которые проявились на ее современном этапе. Сдержанный оптимизм участников Давоса по острейшим проблемам современности не разделяют авторы доклада, подготовленного экспертами Римского клуба. Доклад Римского клуба выносит приговор капитализму, считая, что он не может решить актуальные проблемы, с которыми столкнулось человечество сегодня.

 

 

DAVOS 2018: GLOBALIZATION IS CHANGING THE FACE

Abstract. The article is devoted to the 48th World Economic Forum in Davos. Analyzing the report presented at the forum, the author of the article draws attention to the main global risks and challenges that humanity may face in 2018. Special attention is paid to the positions of the leaders of the leading European countries (Germany, France, and Italy) and developing countries (China and India). The author notes in their speeches the unity on the issue of globalization and concern about the contradictions that have emerged at its present stage. However, the authors of the report prepared by the experts of the Club of Rome do not share the restrained optimism of the Davos participants on the acutest problems of our time. The report of the Club of Rome condemns capitalism, believing that it cannot solve the urgent problems faced by humanity today.
