Проанализированы основные факторы возникновения и развития цифровой экономики и ее влияние на сферу госуправления. Описан мировой опыт использования цифровых технологий для укрепления государственного контроля над социально-экономическими процессами. Показаны риски, вызываемые развитием цифровой экосреды. Даны авторские рекомендации по адаптации России к новым цифровым реалиям.

The main reasons for the emergence and development of the digital economy, as well as the influence of this phenomenon on the traditional sphere of public administration are analyzed in the frame of this study. The article gives the author’s opinion concerning the world experience in the use of digital technologies in strengthening the mechanisms of state control over the processes occurring in complex socio-economic systems. It also provides the detailed analysis of the risks in cyberspace arising from the development of the digital eco-environment in the world. In conclusion the author gives recommendations concerning the possible directions of activity in Russia related to the adaptation to the new digital realities in the world economy.
