Рассмотрены колебания политического маятника в Латинской Америке в начале XXI в. в результате импичмента глав государств и последних электоральных циклов. Проанализированы причины и итоги «левого дрейфа» и «правого поворота», показаны основные тенденции развития на ближайшую перспективу.

The article examines the oscillations of the political pendulum in Latin America at the beginning of the XXIst century because of impeachment of heads of State and the last electoral cycles. The author analyzes the causes and results of the “left drift” and “right turn”, so as outlines the main trends of the region’s development in the next future.
