In this study the analysis of the modern trends of law development and legal reality are considered. The influence of law development and legal reality on the economics regulation and their interaction due to the growing pace of changes in the socioeconomic structure, the transformation of the state function and the project nature of the newly emerging and changing socially significant forms of economic interaction among the subjects of civil circulation are investigated.
