Social diversity becomes the new social reality to challenge humanity in coming decade. Riots and other outbreaks in Europe, crisis of multiculturalism, problems with migrants, development of new technologies, weird forms of terrorism – they all seem to indicate yet uncategorized societal problem. Is the Wikileaks phenomenon proof that "netocracy” has been established? What is informational terrorism? How should governments react to civil unrest?
